Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy your afternoon cravings and super easy to make!

Serves: 4

Ready in: 30 mins


  • 1 400g can chickpeas

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or fine brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


Step 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper or spray lightly with olive oil

Step 2. Drain and rinse chickpeas with water and pat dry.

Step 3. Add chickpeas to lined baking tray spreading evenly and add olive oil. Mix together until thoroughly coated.

Step 4. Place in the oven for 25 minutes, giving the tray a small shake every 10 mins.

Step 5. Once the chickpeas are cooked, immediately toss with cinnamon and sugar. Allow chickpeas to cool slightly, and store in an airtight container.
