TOGETHER with Katie Lolas

Katie Lolas invites you to join her and others as we welcome in a balanced and holistically healthy 2024, with a morning of inspiring speakers and guided movement.

With all proceeds going to Studio Artes, a beautiful support centre for adults with disabilities, where Katie’s sister Nadia Lolas was able to flourish… TOGETHER with Katie Lolas is all about community and supporting one another. A wellness reset for us all, that will leave us feeling energised, inspired and equipped to truly look after ourselves, as we take 2024 by storm.

The what, where, why and when?

Doors open at 8.30am and we will commence at 9 am on Sunday 4th Feb at the High Tide Room in the Bondi Pavillion. Come alone or bring a friend… everyone is welcome, no matter your fitness level. All we ask is that you come with a yoga mat, a drink bottle and a small towel. Supporting others on their wellness journeys has always been a top priority for Katie, and this in-person event is an opportunity for the Lady Lolas community to come together and feel that support IRL.

Your itinerary

The day will begin with a panel of wellness professionals, hosted by food, wellness and lifestyle blogger, Katie Lolas. We’ll hear from Dr Yumiko Kadota, medical doctor, yogi and author of ‘Emotional Female’; Sam Rooney, Exercise Physiologist and performance coach; and Katie herself. Each panel guest will share their personal wellness stories and challenges, as well as insights and advice on implementing balance and boundaries going forwards.

Following an inspiring discussion, we’ll take to the floor for a bodyweight workout (suitable for all fitness levels), led by Sam Rooney, to shake up those endorphins; and a mini stretch/yoga sesh hosted by Dr Yumiko, to encourage the release of any tensions before we fully step into 2024.

Win lucky door prizes, feel the self-love and sense of community and gain invaluable insight from health experts. Leave the day with tools for ongoing self-care, and the feeling of empowerment… and hey, maybe also some new friends!

We’re all on our own journeys, but it sure can help to feel the support of a community doing the same. We look forward to seeing you there!
