There’s something undeniably special about dates, soft, caramel-like, and naturally sweet. These Chocolate Peanut Butter Date Hearts take that richness to the next level. Medjool dates are gently split, filled with creamy peanut butter, shaped into little hearts, then dipped in silky melted chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of pistachios or freeze-dried berries for crunch and colour.
They’re simple to make, no-bake, and feel indulgent without being heavy. Perfect for gifting, sharing over coffee, or keeping in the fridge for when you need a little something sweet. Think of them as a wholesome twist on your favourite chocolate bar, nostalgic, luxurious, and made with love.

All you need:
Large dates
Peanut butter
Dark or milk chocolate, melted
White chocolate, melted
Pistachios, crushed
Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
How to make them:
Step 1. Slice the dates diagonally and remove the seed
Step 2. Fill with peanut butter
Step 3. Flip one side over and stick back together to create a cute little heart
Step 4. Dip in melted chocolate and let set for 10 minutes
Step 5. Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle your toppings
Step 6. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes… then try not to eat them all at once.
🩷Sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy. The perfect little treat.
