PB Choc Chip Cookies

You’ll need 4 ingredients and 20mins and you’ll have yourself some PB Choc Chip Cookies. They’re speedy, simple, and most importantly delish. Let me know how they turn out for you #LLSweetTreat


Makes: 12 cookies

Ready In: 20 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural smooth PB

  • 6 tbsp natural maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour

  • 1/4 dark chocolate chips


Method:


Step 1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray


Step 2. Add peanut butter and maple syrup to a bowl and mix until it creates a creamy paste


Step 3. Add the flour and choc chips and mix until it forms a cookie dough. Divide the cookie dough into 12 balls by rolling them with your hands


Step 4. Place each ball on the baking tray and using your fingers or a fork gently flatten the cookies


Step 5. Bake for 12 -15 mins or until the sides are golden brown. Allow to cool before enjoying


Notes:

  • I recommend using a new jar of PB so that the dough isn’t too dry.

  • Adding a pinch of salt won’t hurt either!
