2 Ingredient Crepes

That is correct, you only need 2 ingredients to make this easy delicious breakfast or dessert. Give it a go and let me know how you like x





Ready in: 15 mins

Makes: 4-8 crepes


Ingredients

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)


Method

Step 1. Blend eggs and cheese until smooth


Step 2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter or spray with cooking oil



Step 3. Pour ¼ cup of mixture into pan and cook crepes until small bubbles appear on surface. Turn and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and top or fill as desired



Topping/filling ideas: berries, smoothe ricotta, greek yogurt, honey, maple syrup, peanut butter, fresh whipped cream, mascarpone or nutella
