No- Bake Coconut Rough Cookies

I mean who doesn’t enjoy a coconut and chocolate flavour combo?! This is a really fun, easy, and delicious wholesome treat to try. Using only 4 ingredients from your pantry, you can whip these up and have them ready to enjoy in less than 30 mins! Would love your feedback If you try xx

Makes: 6-8 cookies Ready in: 20 mins Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

Method

Step 1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well incorporated

Step 2. Add tbsp sized amounts of mixture to a lined baking tray to create cookies

Step 3. Place in fridge for 10-15 mins or until cookies solidify and enjoy! Notes:

  • I use natural crunchy peanut butter and the texture it adds is everything. I highly recommend trying this over the smooth

  • Milk chocolate works a treat too!
