4 Ingredient Cheese & Bacon Rolls

Speedy, easy, wholesome, and delicious, these make for the best kind of snack.


Ready in: 40 mins

Makes: 4 rolls


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups self-raising flour ( I used wholemeal)

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup cheese, grated

  • 2 rashes of bacon, diced


Method


Step 1. Preheat oven to 180C and line baking tray. In a large bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt until it forms a dough. If the dough is too dry add 2 tbsp yoghurt and if it’s too sticky add 1 tbsp extra flour


Step 2. Knead the dough until it feels soft and pliable then cut into 4 equal parts rolling into buns


Step 3. Top buns with cheese and bacon and make for 25-30 mins or until golden brown!
