Apple Blueberry Crumble!

This simple crumble recipe makes the perfect breakfast, snack or after-dinner dessert!
Ready in: 45 mins
4 apples, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almonds, crushed
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
500g frozen blueberries
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C Place the apples in a baking dish, sprinkle with the cinnamon and drizzle with 2 tbsp of the maple syrup. Add 2 tbsp of water and bake in the oven for 20mins
Step 2. Add the oats, ground almonds and remaining maple syrup into a bowl. Add the coconut oil and mix well until combine.
Step 3. Add the frozen blueberries to the dish with the apples and scatter the crumble topping over the fruit. Bake in the oven for 35mins, or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling below
Step 4. Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt on top
Note: You could use a blender or food processor for step 2 if you want your crumble to be a finer texture.
