Choc-Avo Mousse

  • Ingredients:

  • 1.5ripe avocados

  • 3 tbsp @tropeaka Cacao

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup, or to taste

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup soy milk

  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tbsp @tropeaka Lean Chocolate Protein

Method

  • BLEND ingredients until fluffy and top with seasonal fruit, nuts and grains of choice!
