Chocolate Fudge Cookies

If you’re looking for amazingly rich and chocolaty cookies then you NEED to try this recipe ASAP


Ready in: 20 minutes

Makes: 10 -12 Cookies


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tahini

  • ½ cup natural maple syrup

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • 6 tbsp cocoa

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 100g dark chocolate chips.

Method:

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 160C. In a bowl, mix together the tahini, maple syrup, and eggs


Step 2. Add the almond meal, cocoa and salt. Mix well to combine

Step 3. Fold through chocolate chips

Step 4. Use an tbsp to scoop out the batter and arrange onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper

Step 5. Press the cookies down into round discs and bake for 15 mins

Step 6. Leave to cool completely. The cookies will firm up as they cool. Enjoy!
