Healthy & Fun Christmas Treats!

Updated: Nov 16, 2020

Easy, no-bake, and perfect for entertaining guests, or getting your kids involved in the kitchen!

Strawberry Santas

Made with fresh strawberries, vanilla YoPRO yoghurt & dark mini choc chips

Method:

Step 1. Cut strawberries in half and fill with Vanilla YoPRO yoghurt

Step 2. Piece the strawberry together and add a small dollop of yoghurt on top before adding a small dark choc chip

Note: You do not need to add anything to the yoghurt as it is thick and fluffy and perfect for piping. If you do not have access to a thick yoghurt you could use whipped thickened cream

Frozen Xmas Fruit Sticks

Made with fresh pineapple, kiwi, and purple grapes, but you can use any fruit that you enjoy!

Method:

Step 1. Choose 3 of your favourite fruits and cut into bite-sized pieces. Think triangles to represent Christmas trees and circles to represent Christmas lights or decorations

Step 2. Thread onto wooden skewers and place in freezer for 1-2 hours or until frozen

Tip: When cutting the fruit ensure pieces are not too thin, otherwise you won't be able to thread them onto the skewers

Reindeer Celery Sticks

Made with fresh celery, natural peanut butter, pretzels, mini choc chips and m&m

Step 1. Cut celery 8-10cms long

Step 2. Fill with natural peanut butter

Step 3. Add dark choc chips and m&m's to create the eyes and nose (don't forget to use one red m&m for Rudolf)

Step 3. Use broken pieces of pretzels as horns.

Step 4.Refrigerate immediately to set peanut butter and hold horns and facial features in place.
