This festive Christmas Bark is easy to make and delicious! Try it with your favourite chocolate topped with dried fruits and nuts of choice for a grown-up twist.
Ready in: 15 minutes
1/2 cup roughly chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup pepitas
1/4 cup almond flakes
300-350g dark chocolate (I used @Lindt no added sugar dark chocolate)
Step 1. Line a tray with baking paper
Step 2. Microwave chocolate for 60 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth
Step 3. Once melted stir in all but 1 tbsp each of each dry ingredient
Step 4. Spread mixture out in an even layer on your prepared baking sheet, and then sprinkle the remaining fruit and nuts on top
Step 5. Refrigerate until firm then cut to desired size
Notes: Other combinations to try include. cranberries and pistachios or cranberries and coconut flakes. Soo yumm!
