This is the PERFECT hot afternoon sweet treat. It’s simple, delicious, nutritious and high in protein.
Mango, lime and cinnamon is such a good flavour combination and I chose to use @yoproau because it contains no added sugar and is high in protein - It also has a very a thick and fluffy, ice-cream like texture, which is exactly what I like. You will not regret trying this.

3 cups of frozen mangos
1/2 cup of plain @YoPRO Yoghurt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
Lime Juice to taste
Splash of water
BLEND ingredients until fluffy and top with blueberries, chia seeds and or nuts and grains of choice.
