Mint, Lemon & Garlic Yoghurt (Dip or dressing)

The only yoghurt recipe you need. It works really well in wraps of all descriptions, on barbecued meats and even as a salad dressing or dip.

Serves: 6

Ready in: 5mins


  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice

  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes (optional)

  • handful of mint leave finely chopped

  • 4 large tbsp of @YoPROau plain yoghurt

  • 3 large cucumbers chopped into thin batons (dipping sticks)


Step 1: Mix everything together and enjoy!
