Mint, Lemon & Garlic Yoghurt (Dip or dressing)

The only yoghurt recipe you need. It works really well in wraps of all descriptions, on barbecued meats and even as a salad dressing or dip.
Ready in: 5mins
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp chilli flakes (optional)
handful of mint leave finely chopped
4 large tbsp of @YoPROau plain yoghurt
3 large cucumbers chopped into thin batons (dipping sticks)
Step 1: Mix everything together and enjoy!
