Vanilla, Mango & Blueberry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a combination of fruit, grains, raw rolled oats, milk and or yogurt. All you need to do is combine ingredients, place in the fridge overnight and let 'em soak up the liquids. See full Vanilla, Mango & Blueberry Overnight Oats recipe below.


  • 4/5 tbsp of rolled oats

  • 1/2 mango, diced

  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla protein powder (I used Tropeaka Lean Vanilla. See notes below for protein alternative)

  • Small handful of cashew nuts

  • Small handful of blueberries

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • Milk of choice


Step 1. Combine ingredients into a small jar (including milk) and sir. Ensure all fruit is covered by milk

Step 2. Set in fridge overnight

Step 3. Eat in the morning - cold or heat up if desired


  • The jars I use are roughly 500ml in size

  • If you don't have protein powder you could use 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • A combination of the milk and refrigeration will preserve your overnight oats so that they taste delicious all week

  • I add milk to ALL my jars at the same time

  • You can substitute any of the fruit or nuts I've used for whatever you have at home
