Your next sweet treat is sorted with this decadent, chocolatey fudge adorned with a magical creamy swirl. What’s even better is that is only uses 4 ingredients. Let me know how you like it.
Makes: 22 pieces
Ready in: 2.5hrs (including set time)

Ingredients:
3/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup cocao powder (I use@tropeaka)
1/4 cup natural maple syrup
Swirl:
1/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
Step 1. Add all fudge ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour into a lined tin. Set aside
Step 2. Add all swirl ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth
Step 3. Spoon patterns of swirl mixture on top of the fudge then use a knife to cut into fudge and make patterns until you’re happy with the aesthetic
Step 4. Place in the freezer to set for a couple of hours.
Step 5. Remove from the freezer and cut into small squares using a sharp knife and enjoy
Notes: Store leftovers in the freezer. If you don’t like the taste of tahini you could use a nut butter.
